SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages from Local Medical Directors, PC (“Local Medical Directors”).

Program description

When you opt in, by checking the text-messaging box on one of our website forms or by texting our business number first, we send messages about your inquiry: replies to your questions, scheduling and call reminders, and follow-up on resources you requested. We will not send you marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, text or call (470) 665-4555, or email info@localmedicaldirectors.com.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
